Are Police Stalling on the Attack on the former ‘Top Chef’?

Back in September I wrote about how the Former ‘Top Chef’ was Gay Bashed. Here’s an update to that story.

Josie Smith-Malave, a former ‘Top Chef’ contestant who was the victim of a gay-bashing, has filed a complaint against the Nassau police department, saying it has failed to vigorously pursue all suspects or file serious enough charges against two suspects linked to the gay-bashing attack in September.
