The weekend news about the Oregon State ruling that now allows gay couples to register as domestic partners wasn’t instigated by one of those so called ‘activist judges’.
U.S. District Judge Michael Mosman, the judge behind the new ruling and who tossed out a challenge to Oregon’s new civil-unions law is actually a Bush appointee with solid ‘conservative credentials’.
