Gay Brit Cop Denied Promotion

A senior policeman in the UK who happens to be gay has been denied a promotion due to his Facebook profile.

30 year-old Inspector Chris Dreyfus had been offered a position as a chief inspector with Bedfordshire Police but then was denied the position after a background check revealed that he had received a disciplinary warning from his seniors at British Transport Police over his Facebook page.
