Lately, I’ve been hearing how alot of professionals in the UK are reluctant to come out at work for fear of what it will do to their career. That’s why I found this interview at the Times Online, inspirational and heartening to say the least.
Stephen Shea, a partner in the tax department at Clifford Chance, a global law firm based in London with offices in most major business centres says that his career took off after he came out of the closet.
