You’ll find this event below the great big top located in Paseo Juan de Borbón (Moll de la Barceloneta) on July 25th, 26th and 27th, 2008. The show will take place during and with the collaboration of Euro Games 2008.

A two hour show where expressiveness, sensuality and poetry will fuse with one single goal: careful staging where light, music, clothes and stage effects wrap the challenging physical performances of the acrobats and dancers, achieving an up-to-date, modern and attractive aesthetic.

Gay Circus flows like a dialogue between angels and devils, the eternal dispute between Good and Evil set now on a ring, with numerous references to literature, painting, dance, sculpture, photography, and cinema.

The splendid original big top will be located in Moll de la Barcelona and it will hold up more than a thousand spectators per performance.

Gay Circus is a high-quality show set within the framework of Euro Games 2008, the major homosexual sport event in the world which will be held this summer in Barcelona, a city that has lately become a key reference in the gay culture and entertainment. Therefore, it will undoubtedly be the greatest cultural gay event of 2008.
