Governor Patrick: In Massachusetts, Equal Means Equal!

Last Tuesday it was announced that, the Massachusetts Legislature repealed the 1913 anti-marriage law that barred out-of-state same-sex couples from marrying there and that Governor Deval Patrick would be signing that bill. Governor Patrick signed the bill on Thursday, July 31st. Here’s the video:
