Gay & Lesbian Democrats Meet in Denver This Week With Leading Party Officials

Governors Kathleen Sebelius (KS), Deval Patrick (MA) to Kick-Off Convention Week at Stonewall Democrats Gathering.

Gay Democrats NewsWhat: National Gathering of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Democrats and Convention Delegates. Stonewall Democrats National Convention. Strategy meetings, campaign trainings, national luminaries and elected officials.

- Governor Kathleen Sebelius(KS). Leading Democratic Governor and frequently mentioned as a potential running mate for Senator Obama. Sebelius will headline the Saturday night awards dinner (Sat 8/23) at 7:00pm Mountain.

- Governor Deval Patrick(MA). Leading Democratic Governor, the only African American elected as governor of a state. National supporter of same-sex marriage. Father of a lesbian daughter. Patrick will headline the Sunday brunch (Sun 8/24) at 10:00am Mountain.
