Court Victory for Florida High School Gay Straight Alliance

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – U.S. District Judge Henry Lee Adams, Jr. issued a preliminary order in a lawsuit on Wednesday, seeking to force Nassau County School officials to uphold students’ right to equal access.
